Terms of Service.

Studio Sujit operates as a remote-first consultancy. Engagement is based on defined commitment tiers rather than hourly "for-hire" labor. All strategic sessions are conducted via secure video link unless a "Strategy Sprint" on-site visit is explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Upon full payment, the client owns the specific implementation and data generated within their tech stack. Studio Sujit retains ownership of the underlying proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and "Growth Engine" architectures used to build the system. Clients may not replicate or distribute these proprietary systems for other engagements without prior written permission.

The success of the growth architecture depends on total transparency. The client must provide timely access to necessary ad accounts, CRM data, ERP systems, and technical backends. Delays in system access or data provision may result in non-negotiable shifts to the project timeline.

Strategic engagements require a minimum commitment as defined in the selected tier. Fees are billed in advance to secure studio bandwidth. Ad spend is managed via the client's credit lines directly to the respective platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and is never handled by Studio Sujit.

All client information, data, and internal analytics are treated as strictly confidential. No client data will be shared with third parties except as required to execute the engagement or by law.

Studio Sujit provides consultancy services and strategic architecture; revenue growth is influenced by market factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Total liability is limited strictly to fees paid for the specific engagement duration in question.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice according to the tier's minimum commitment period. Advance fees for services already initiated or rendered are non-refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
